> The experience of directional and horizontal drilling in JSC “Research and Design Company for Drilling Equipment” was started in 1999 with the restoration of liquidated wells in the Kachanivske field by cutting the “window” in the casing and drilling of directional and horizontal wells. Primarily there were the Kachanivska-155, 23, 201, 60, 66 wells and as well as the Shtormova–36 well on the Black Sea shelf.
> During 2001-2004, the following wells were drilled at the fields of JSC “Ukrnafta” with the experts, telemetry systems and drilling fluids of the JSC “Research and Design Company for Drilling Equipment”: the Southern–Panasivska-172; the Bugruvativska-348, 510, 544, 545; the Lelyakivska-301, 302, 303, 304, 305 and 306.
> From 2004 to 2014, the experts of the JSC “Research and Design Company for Drilling Equipment”, as a result of the comprehensive service with the telemetry and downhole engines, had massively drilled of directional and horizontal wells on the Black Sea shelf, in particular: the Odeska-10, 11, 14, 15, 21, 22, 41, 42; the Shtormova–36, 37, 38, 34, 42, 43; the Arkhangelska-20, 22, 23, 24, 25, 28, 29, 31.
> From 2015 to 2018 we had drilled of directional and horizontal wells: the Wasyschivska-5, the Yarmakivska-5, the Elyzavetivska-308, the Yablunivska-106, the Southern-Evgenivska-2.
> At great depths, us, in conjunction with the subsidiary LLC “Navigator Komplekt”, for LLC “Karpatygas” had restored the Yablunivska-96 and 97 wells with sidetracking. For the first time in the CIS, the cutting and sidetracking performed at the Fontanivske field for the 139,7 mm casing under conditions of abnormally high reservoir pressure with mud weight 1.85 gr/sm3 and more than 150 ° C a reservoir temperature.
> In 2018, by cutting the window in the casing columns and sidetracking, the Ignativska–101, 103 and the Movchanivska–158 wells were successfully completed at the JV “Poltava Petroleum Company” fields, which had high oil and gas debits.
> JSC “Research and Design Company for Drilling Equipment” recovered over 43,000 m of core averaging – 90,9% of core recovery.
> On the first time the experts of our company had introduced the technology for the oriented coring with multiple barrels (up to 100m) from directional and horizontal wells with rotary or steerable BHA.
> The domestic coring technology and tools to recover core isolated of drilling mud filtrate are introduced.
> The technology of coring of 52 and 67 mm core from small size holes (5-1/2”-6-5/8”) is implemented with PDC core heads.
> Our company has developed and approved more than 200 exclusive scientific-based projects and estimates for drilling and sidetracking of wells for different oil and gas regions and countries of the world.
